How To Send Email To Any Cell Phone for Free

The graphically illustrated directions are here but basically you need a phones number and the service provider for that number (You can look the service provider up here if you have the number).

Then simply put their number and the providers info in the 'TO" field in an email message.

A company run by engineers

From Engineers Rule

Honda has never had an unprofitable year. It has never had to lay off employees. In the fiscal year that ended in March, profit grew 12%, to $5.1 billion, on $84 billion in sales. In the U.S., which accounts for 43% of Honda's sales, vehicle sales are up 7% through July, even as the industry slipped 5%. The company sold more vehicles in July than one member of the old Big Three, the Chrysler Group.

...

Honda is using psychology to try to help mitigate a big safety problem for bikers: Drivers don't see them coming. It turns out that if the bike looks like an angry face, motorists take notice.

Be a savvy shopper

-- Avoid shopping with children, as research shows shoppers doing so spend 40 percent more than planned.

-- Eat first. If you're hungry, you'll buy more of everything - from food to flat-screen televisions.

-- Carefully consider the actual price you are paying, not how the cost is promoted. Lindstrom once conducted an experiment at a grocery store where he posted a $1.95 price tag near cans of soup. "The next day we put a little tag next to it that said "Maximum eight cans per customer," and people bought like crazy," he said.

-- Pay for your purchases in cash. Research shows that shoppers spend as much as 30 percent more when using credit cards.

-- Consider not using a shopping cart - they've doubled in size over the past two years, and shoppers buy considerably more because of it.

Key duplication made easy, at range

My first thought when reading the article below was how to use this technology for nefarious purposes but my roommate works long hours and had a hard time getting his only copy of a rare motorcycle key-type made at one of the only two places that make them in San Francisco. Imagine if he could just email a photo of a key to someplace and have them make it and mail it to him...damn, that's not a bad business concept.

UC San Diego computer scientists have built a software program that can perform key duplication without having the key. Instead, the computer scientists only need a photograph of the key.

In another example, they used a five inch telephoto lens to capture images from the roof of a campus building and duplicate keys sitting on a café table about 200 feet away.

Political Irony Defined

White Supremacists for Obama?

White people are faced with either a negro or a total nutter who happens to have a pale face. Personally I’d prefer the negro. National Socialists are not mindless haters. Here, I see a white man, who is almost dead, who declares he wants to fight endless wars around the globe to make the world safe for Judeo-capitalist exploitation, who supports the invasion of America by illegals–basically a continuation of the last eight years of Emperor Bush. Then, we have a black man, who loves his own kind, belongs to a Black-Nationalist religion, is married to a black women–when usually negroes who have ‘made it’ immediately land a white spouse as a kind of prize — that’s the kind of negro that I can respect.

Rocky Suhayda, chairman of the American Nazi Party

With an Obama endorsement like that I think I'm back in the undecided camp.
