I recently ran into a couple of cool geography quizzes
The first gives you 10 Minutes to come up with all the states in the US
The second site has more global areas you can select from and the UI leaves something to be desired but it's fun nonetheless.

this was a fun exercise. i was able to come up with 45 states. I forgot Iowa, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, Wyoming. Oops!

I forgot Mississippi.
Remember when we went on a contest to see who could cite all the countries? I don't think I'd do well at that one either.

hahaha... dammit...i forgot hawaii and tennessee. i feel okay that i at least was able to name all the ones i have driven through during my cross country travels. though i almost forgot connecticut, which is where i was born! that was much easier than trying, pathetically, to name 176 countries.
