Kalimocho

Once again Jackie introduced me to something delightfully delicious. It's sangria for those who just can't be bothered to slice fruit.

1 part cheap wine (one bottle usually)
1 part cola (usually a liter cuz we can't be bothered to actually measure a 1-to-1 relationship)
Ice

Just pour both into a pitcher and add ice. Or if that is to fancy for you, get a two liter bottle, dump half out and fill the rest with wine. It is best served very cold.

Yeah, I know it sounds gnarly, but it is both light and refreshing, and certainly the easiest way I've found to finish off a bottle of wine in 20 minutes.

Also spelled Calimocho, it comes from the Basque Region of Spain so if anyone starts to give you crap about drinking coke and wine smack them with that bit of cultural knowledge.
